Lucy went home with Williams family!
Hello, Vicki and Terry. Just a short up date to let you know that Lucy is doing great. We decided to keep her name as she seemed to recognize it a bit and it just seemed to fit her. Since she was a new puppy, I took her to the vet last Monday; she weighed 2 lbs 13 oz. I took her back to the vet Saturday for her second set of shots - she weighed 3 lbs. 4 oz. She is eating well and checked out fine at the vet. She is going outside to potty - most of the time. She's learning and fitting in quite nicely with Molly, our beagle rescue. Molly will even roll over and let her attempt to nurse and has been so very gentle with her. Coco (my daughter's mini dachshund) has visited and she and Lucy have had such a great time running through the house chasing each other. Thanks for the work that you do with the puppies before they go to their forever homes. You can certainly tell that Lucy has been socialized and that someone has spent a great deal of time with her. Lucy's addition has been a relatively easy transition for us because of your efforts. Thanks for opening your home to us for our visit. It really assured us that Lucy had the best beginning possible.

Emma and Theo with Harvilla family
Vicki,
How are you this morning? We are doing great here! I cannot begin to tell you how much in love I am with these puppies. They are the sweetest things. . It is fun to watch them interact and play with each other. We had a very good night and they only woke up once and I took them out and they both pottied. I was really surprised at how well they did. I had a little pet bed in our room and a big quilt that they slept on. It was so cute because they would sleep together some and then switch places. They slept really good.
Right now they are both sound asleep. Emma is laying here on the rug beside and Theo is in the kitchen on the quilt. You were right when you said that we took a good pair because they really seem to get along and I did see Theo put Emma in her place a couple of times. I was worried she was going to bully him!! They are so much fun.
You should see them in our big back yard. It is so fun to see them run around. They are so tiny right now and the yard seems so big. I’ll try to take some video and send it to you.
It was so nice to meet you and your hubby and family. You are such a nice person and I am so happy that purchasing these puppies was such a pleasant experience. You made it really easy and I thank you for answering all of my questions.
I am having so much fun with my two little angels. We decided to name them Milo and Maggie. We went to the vet yesterday and I can’t tell you how many compliments you got from the vet. He said he was very impressed with the breeder and thought you had done a great job. He said they are very clean, healthy puppies and didn’t have ear mites. (He said you’d be surprised at some puppies people bring in from breeders.) He also liked the fact that you had taken them to a vet for their first shots instead of doing it yourself. Milo and Maggie were so laid back at the vet and didn’t freak out when he was checking them out. He said that was another compliment to you because of the way that you had socialized them so well. They were a hit at the vet. Everyone that walked in the vet were just drawn to them and thought they were so precious. We had to wait a while and they sat in our laps like little angels and napped the whole time. I was so proud.
Thanks again for everything and I will continue to stay in touch and give you updates and I’m sure I will probably have more questions in the future.
Have a good weekend.
Anna Harvilla

Went home with Emily and Anthony
Hi Vicki & Terri, it was such a pleasure meeting both of you yesterday and all of your beautiful Shih Tzus! We wanted to thank you so much for our little bundle of joy, we are falling more in love with him every minute.
Our car ride went really well (no accidents thankfully!) and once he arrived at his new home he was quite curious! We gave him a bath since he got a little muddy when we let him out on the car ride home. We quickly learned that our new little baby does not like bathing that much as he avoided us for close to 1/2 an hour afterwards:) He quickly warmed back up to us and ended up sleeping in our bed last night. You should have seen him! He climbed between us and got under the covers, laid on his back, and put his little head on one of our pillows. It was precious!
He is such a little angel. Very independent and has quite the stubborn streak (we find ourselves laughing and being quite impressed by his persistence!), but loves to cuddle and lay in between his "mommy" and "daddy." And my is he a beauty! His big green eyes melt our hearts.
We took him to the vet today and he was quite the trooper! Everyone fell in love with him and afterwards he got to pick out a new toy to bring home for being such a good boy:)
We have attached a couple of pictures of him in his new home. Will keep you updated on how he is doing.
Thanks again,
Emily & Anthony Piedmonte
We had a visit from Emily,Anthony and Ringo. Ringo had fun playing with all my babies. We all had a nice time visiting with
Emily,Anthony and Ringo. It was nice seeing Ringo, how good he looks, such a sweetie. He is so loved and spoiled.

Sophia went home with Jackie in Hazel green.
Hi Vicki,
Just a note about Sophia. We took her to our vet yesterday and they said that she was fine. She weighed 2 lbs. and 7 ozs.(8 weeks), She had her toe nails clipped and did not seem to mind it at all. We have an appointment next Thurs. to get some more shots. She is learning to play with her toys. She has picked Fred out as her person. She really loves him. That's all I have for now.

Jasmine went home with Charla and family in huntsville(they kept her name).
Jasmine is doing well. Her first night was great. We all slept. She woke up at 6:15.
I took her out of the crate and took her to potty on the puppy pad. She went right back to
sleep. We’ll have a good breakfast when she wakes up again.
We all love her so much.
Charla
Hi, Vicki
Jasmine is the love of my life!!! I cannot believe what joy and happiness she has brought to me. It’s like having a new baby. She is just delicious!!! She is happy here. She loves the boys. She is getting teeth. I took her to the pumpkin patch with the boys but kept her in my soft carrier or in my coat. They don’t allow dogs, but they let me bring her in the carrier. I didn’t put her down except on a pumpkin display to take pictures. I wanted to send you one. She didn’t know what to think about the pumpkins. She is a pampered little princess.
I officially chose a name…Molly’s Jasmine Jewel. I hope you like it.
I’ll talk to you soon. I’ll take pictures of her in her angel costume.
Take care,
Charla Smith & Jazi
