If, during this time, your Shih Tzu is determined by your vet and verified by Silky Silhouette Shih Tzu vet, to have a severe genetic defect that interferes with normal functioning, your purchase price shall be refunded. </div> <bR> <div> Please take your new puppy to the vet of your choice within 3 business days of delivery. If, at that time the vet determines that the puppy is not of sound health, notify Silhouette Shih Tzu within 24 hours. Return the puppy and papers to Silky Silhouette Shih Tzu for a full refund of the purchase price. However, at no time will Silky Silhouette Shih Tzu be responsible for vet bills or shipping incurred. </div> <bR> <div> Should the puppy develop a major communicable disease(distemper,Parovirus), within 10</div> <div> days(ten) from the date of sale,the seller must notified immediately and will provide instructions for refund or replacement of puppy,provided written proof from a licensed</div> <div> veterinarian is presented.</div> <bR> <div> This contract is null and void if the Shih Tzu is not up-to-date on vaccinations and fecal records and parasite control or has been abused,poisoned,accidents or neglected</div> <div> as training philosophies and environments vary amongst individuals.</div> <div> Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental</div> <div> conditions the dogs come in contact with, we will not guarantee the said puppy or dog</div> <div> unless they're given NuVet Plus daily at the manufacturer's suggested dosage for</div> <div> 1 year (length of the contract). Failure to do so makes this guarantee NULL and VOID.</div> <bR> <div> This contract does not include common conditions known to the Shih Tzu: umbilical hernias, pinched nostrils, open fontanels,cherry eye or misaligned teeth. Further, this contract does not guarantee size or color.</div> <div> Umbilical hernias are not considered a health problem,if the opening is small,with only a fat pad(no intestines) portruding,it will likely close by itself as the puppy matures,as with the slightly pinched nostrils caused by teething. It is reccommended the puppy be allowed to mature before making a decision if surgery is needed. Should the Vet want a Hernia fixed,</div> <div> the price will not be paid by the seller. </div> <bR> <div> This contract does not include Coccida and Kennel cough,which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are being shipped. </div> <div> If the puppy is sold with full registration, seller is not responsible for the puppy's </div> <div> breed performance for show or the ability to breed or quality of the puppies </div> <div> or litter size. </div> <bR> <div> It is the buyers sole responsibility for all bills incurred from breeding this dog. </div> <div> In the event that you can no longer keep your Shih Tzu, he/she shall be returned to Silky Silhouette Shih Tzu, no refund of purchase price.
